Suggested Application:
1.Lightly prime lips with lip conditioner prior to application
2.Outline lips with desired lip liner.
3.Apply a thin coat of the liquid lipsticks, preferably with a precision lip brush, and let dry for 30 seconds. Apply one more coat for an opaque finish.
4. Apply a small dollop of lip conditioner or clear lip gloss for a dewy or glossy effect
